The 300 sq ft Studio has lots of privacy with its own door into a hallway but is also part of an arts community, all ages, when you feel like socializing. Restaurant in the building as well as wash/dry. We live only three blocks from the beautiful town of Alameda with its parks, shopping areas, movie theatre and lovely sandy Beach w windsurfing. There’s easy access to 880/Bart and w Gas station close by. It’s also 45 minutes to Walnut Creek/Concord (less to UC Berkeley) the Bay Bridge and SF. You will have a shared kitchen/bathroom with high ceiling and lots of natural light and a lovely courtyard garden. Month to month rental, $1200. and security deposit. You could stay the summer or longer. Valid Income verification ie pay stubs/working phone needed. Please be comfortable with one large, happy assistance dog (Retriever) and one indoor cat. Prefer no more pets at this time, but if you have a medium/large dog not a fighting/guard dog, let’s talk. A trained, laid-back easy going dog might be ok. Small dogs and cats seem to be too little for my big dog to play with so, NO. (He has one buddy cat but that cat is really a rolli-polli caterpillar or something, in disguise)

No smoking please. No shop pounding/welding, percussion nor toxic materials/flammables, or aerosol. We usually turn our sound down by midnight or earlier, weeknights so we can work the next day but weekends are more flexible for musicians etc. No illegal substances but 420 ok.
