COLPA is the collaborative art practice of Luca Antonucci and David Kasprzak. We work together as a publisher, designer, printer and curator.
COLPA PRESS publishes art books, limited edition prints and art objects, often working with artists on unique projects.
COLPA BOOKS & VIDEO is a new and used bookstore located at 716 Sacramento St. Open Saturday and Sunday 12 to 6pm and Monday through Friday by appointment.
Founded by Carissa Potter and Luca Antonucci in 2010, with great assistance from Hailey Loman, COLPA has grown to include international events and exhibitions.
COLPA has exhibited with SFMOMA at the FOG Design + Art Fair, The NY Art Book Fair at PS1 MoMa, The LA Art Book Fair at the Geffen Contemporary MOCA, the Kadist Foundation and the Headlands Center for the Arts.
In 2016, COLPA co-founded the San Francisco Art Book Fair.
COLPA PRESS publications are in the permanent collection of The San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, The Getty Foundation, The Los Angeles County Museum of Modern Art, The Museum of Contemporary Art in Los Angeles, The Museum of Modern Art in New York, The Whitney Museum, Stanford University, Reed University and The Kadist Foundation.
We are lucky to have worked with amazing assistants, such as Louise Chevallet, Marianne Poinsot, Cecile Legnaghi, Maëlle Brientini, Nino Galluzzo, Eva Struble, Sarah Kim, Jenna Jorgensen, Jackson Brinkley, Madison Voekel, Nelly Ansruther, Lindsey Watson, Jessica Flemming and Amy Burek.
